Lot Numbers - Round Robin Tournaments

You can set lot numbers that players drew for colors manually or have SwissSys do it automatically.

Automatic Assignment

The Setup | Rules for pairing dialog has an option called “Random lot numbers.” If this is checked, SwissSys will assign lot numbers for you at random.

Manual Assignment

If the option is not checked, then when you make pairings at the start of a round robin tournament, SwissSys will ask you what numbers you want to use for the players.

This allows you to use lot numbers that were drawn physically during the tournament.
