Ratings Report for CFC

Open the command

Go to Utilities > Rating reports > CFC.

Review ID warnings

SwissSys alerts you to any players with missing or problematic CFC membership IDs. Resolve these before continuing if possible.

Complete the event form

Fill in the required tournament details:

• Section name (or tournament name, if there is only one section)
• Province — select from dropdown (AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NT, NS, NU, ON, PE, QC, SK, YT)
• Reference number (if known)
• Ending date of tournament — use YYYY/MM/DD format (e.g., “2024/06/18”)
• Tournament director CFC number
• Organiser CFC number
• Use ID2 checkbox — check this to use alternate player IDs and ratings

Save the report

Click to save the report file to disk. Submit this file to the CFC through their normal ratings submission process.
