Current Section Settings - Section Menu

Edit the configuration of the currently active section.

Menu Path: Section → Current section settings

This dialog opens automatically when you create a new section, and again when you make pairings for the first time so you can confirm your settings before play begins.

Settings Covered

• Section title — Name shown in the navigation and on reports
• Time controls — Game time format (G/90, G/60+30, etc.)
• Tournament type — Swiss, team, fixed roster, round robin, ladder, or team match
• Rating range — Lower and upper rating limits for eligibility
• Number of rounds — Planned final round (affects bye and last-round rules)
• First board number — Starting board number for this section
