Double-Blitz Events

Bye values are doubled for double-blitz style events:

A full-point bye is worth two points
A half-point bye is worth one point

Fixed-Roster Tournament Note

Important: For fixed-roster tournaments, set byes while in Team-based mode if you want to assign the whole team a bye. This applies to all operations involving a complete team.
