Printing - Overview

Most information SwissSys displays can be printed by selecting the Print button of a dialog. The software provides comprehensive printing capabilities for all tournament reports and charts.

Print Options

Standard Reports

Most tournament reports support full printing customization including:

• Font selection and sizing
• Page layout and margins
• Header and footer information
• Multi-page formatting

Basic Reports

Some dialogs use only the default printer font. These tend to be administrative dialogs that you would not normally need to publish for tournament participants, so they use simpler formatting.

Printing Process

1. Open the desired report from the appropriate menu
2. Configure formatting using the font and layout options
3. Use Print Preview to review the layout before printing
4. Click Print to send the report to your printer

Print Quality

For the best print quality:

• Use TrueType fonts when possible
• Set appropriate page margins
• Preview reports before printing
• Use proper paper size settings
