All Rounds Results Entry

The All Rounds Results Entry form provides a streamlined interface for entering tournament results for any tournament with multiple paired rounds. You can view and edit the pairings from all rounds in a single window, rather than navigating through multiple rounds in the standard pairing interface.

New in v11.76: This feature is available for any tournament format (Swiss, Round-Robin, Team Match, etc.) once at least two rounds have been paired.

Accessing the Feature

Menu Path: Pairings → All rounds results entry…

Note: This menu option becomes enabled once at least two rounds have been paired.

If this menu option is disabled, verify that your tournament has at least two paired rounds. Use Pairings → Pair Next Round to generate pairings for additional rounds.

Interface Layout

The form displays a comprehensive grid with the following columns:

Column	Description
Bd	Board number
#	Player number
White	White player name
Black	Black player name
Res	Player’s match result

Entering Results

Click the toolbar button for the desired result of a Win, Loss, or Draw.
Click a player to assign that result.
That player’s opponent will automatically receive the corresponding result.

If you want to simply select a player without assigning any result, first click on the leftmost button labeled Player Selection Tool before clicking on them.

If you need to change a result, you can use Clear (the C key or the toolbar button with the eraser end of a pencil) to remove an incorrect result, allowing you to easily re-enter the correct one.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Form Not Available

Ensure at least two rounds have been paired (the menu is disabled until then)
Verify pairings have been generated for the tournament
Check that you have proper permissions to edit results

Results Not Saving

Check that players are properly registered and pairings have been generated
Verify no other dialogs or processes are interfering with data entry
Ensure tournament file is not read-only or corrupted

Grid Display Issues

Try resizing the form or scrolling to see all columns
Check screen resolution and display settings
Verify form is not minimized or hidden behind other windows
