End-User License Agreement for SwissSys Version 11

Software Product License

SwissSys is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

A purchase of a SwissSys license grants the buyer the following rights:

Installation Rights

You may install and use SwissSys Version 11 on up to two (2) computers owned and operated by the person or organization who purchased the license.

These installations may not be used simultaneously - concurrent use on multiple computers requires additional licenses.

License Transfer

You may transfer your license to different computers by contacting ChessRoster support at support@chessroster.com or by using automated license management tools available on the ChessRoster website when available.

Version 11 Upgrades

Your license includes free upgrades to all future releases within the SwissSys Version 11 series (11.0, 11.1, 11.2, etc.). Upgrades to future major versions (Version 12, etc.) are not included.

FIDE-Only License Restrictions

If you purchased a FIDE-only license, the USCF pairing engine is disabled. All other features function normally. To use USCF pairing functionality, you must purchase a full SwissSys license.

Network Use

You may install SwissSys on a network server for distribution to client computers, but each computer that runs SwissSys requires its own license. A single license may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ChessRoster. This license is non-transferable except as specifically permitted above.
