Task Launcher

At startup you are greeted by the SwissSys task launcher, which acts as a guide for the most common startup tasks. These include setting up a new tournament, opening an existing tournament (or section), reading the tutorial, working through tournament setup step-by-step or just going directly to the main menu.

You may activate the task launcher at any time using the Setup | Task launcher menu command.

If you generally prefer to go directly to the main menu, uncheck the box at the bottom of the task launcher marked “Use this task launcher at startup.”

This is also where you can turn on or off the Startup tips display.
