Load Section From Database - Database Menu

Use this command to import players in the current database all at once — either into the current section or each into the proper section.

If you have built up a network database, you can choose which database to import from — either your main database or your network database. See the topic Network mode for more information on using a network database.

Loading Options

You can select “Entire database” as the section to load. For this to work, the section names in the database must match the sections you have listed for your tournament.

Alternatively, you can load all players from the database into the current section. Section names in the database may not necessarily match the section names for your tournament, so make sure the section you select is the one you intend for the currently active selection before you load players using this approach.

If no list of sections appears, it means you have not declared your sections. Use the Multi-section tournament setup dialog to do this before doing any section importing.

Database Selection

This command works with whichever database is currently active. To change databases, use the Database setup dialog.
