Database Rating Confirmation

This feature uses your main database to make sure the ratings and membership expiration dates listed for a section are up-to-date. If any differences are found, you have the option of accepting the changes or not.

How It Works

When you run this confirmation process, SwissSys compares the player information in your tournament section against the data in your main database. Any discrepancies in ratings or membership status will be highlighted for your review.

Database status labels configured in the Rating Search dialog appear in the registration search panel, helping you identify database record status at a glance.

Membership Date Protection

Membership dates are not overwritten if the current expiration date is later than the date on file, since the member may have renewed since the database was updated. This ensures that more recent membership renewals are preserved.
