For tournament registrations, the tournament organizer is the seller of the registration. ChessRoster, LLC acts as an intermediary and is compensated by the tournament organizer for its services.

ChessRoster is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChessRoster, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

This website contains user-generated content, which may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors, or other misleading or offensive content. ChessRoster, LLC does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the website and is not responsible for content created by users.

Dispute Resolution
