ChessRoster’s tournament registration and transaction services are available to users located in the United States and Canada. International users may access publicly available tournament reports but cannot register for tournaments or perform transactions. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals in the European Union or other international jurisdictions beyond what is necessary to display public tournament results.

ChessRoster never has access to your payment information. All payments are securely processed through PayPal, ensuring your financial data remains protected.

ChessRoster may collect your mobile phone number if you opt in to receive SMS or RCS notifications. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver messages.

ChessRoster’s tournament registration and transaction services are available to residents of the United States and Canada. International users may view publicly available tournament reports. We do not:
- Accept tournament registrations or payments from outside the United States or Canada.
- Process data subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Provide transaction services to international tournaments or organizations.
